Do you have any questions
about our dog toys?

The DOG BALL is primarily designed for you to play with your dog. You can use the DOG BALL both for fetching and for filling it with treats to give to your pet so they can stay calm while licking the filling. If you want to keep them entertained for longer, freeze it so it takes more time to get the contents out.
Don’t make it too difficult for them to empty it, as that could cause frustration and stress.
IMPORTANT!
In case of breakage, move to a harder version. If ingested, consult your veterinarian (natural rubber is non-toxic and indigestible, it is most likely to come out just as it went in). Remember, no toy that cares for your pet’s dental health is indestructible.
For any other inquiries, feel free to contact us.
Fill the CONIC and give it to your pet so they can stay calm while licking the filling. If you want them to stay entertained for longer, freeze it so it takes more time to get the contents out. Don’t make it too difficult for them to empty, as that could cause frustration and stress.
This product is NOT designed to be left with your dog all day, but rather for controlled, occasional use when they are left alone or when we want them distracted. We recommend removing the toy once it’s empty to prevent improper use, as the tendency is for them to chew on it and get nervous, which could lead to breaking it in some cases.

Depending on your dog’s age, size, and strength, they will need a different type of toy.
The medium hardness (orange color) is recommended for most dogs, especially senior dogs and puppies, as they don’t have a strong bite. For dogs under 8 months old, it’s important that toys are not too hard so they don’t put pressure on their jaws, as they are still developing.
Once your dog becomes an adult, if you find it necessary, you can switch to high hardness (lilac color). This hardness is suitable for dogs with strong bites.
If you still have doubts about what hardness your dog needs, contact us and we’ll help you choose the best toy for your pet.
Keep in mind that no toy is indestructible.
You can fill it with any food that is safe for your dog (in healthy amounts). However, keep in mind that you will need to subtract those calories from their daily food intake.
If you’re using dry kibble:
1- Mix the usual kibble with peanut butter, cottage cheese, mashed banana, plain unsweetened Greek yogurt, or any other healthy food that can serve as a paste to keep the “kibbles” together.
2- Cover the small hole with peanut butter. Fill with a little kibble, pour in melted peanut butter, and add more kibble and more melted peanut butter until it’s full. Freeze until solid.
3- Add the kibble, a little water to stick it to the walls, and cover it with a spoonful of peanut butter so it doesn’t spill out of the toy.
4- Moisten the kibble with water or chicken broth (best to dilute it if it’s high in salt) and let it swell inside the toy. Seal it with peanut butter or another sealant and freeze it until solid. Keep in mind that when it thaws, it may wet the floor.
If you’re using wet food:
Canned dog food is one of the best options for filling your toy.
Remember that you’ll need to subtract those calories from their daily food intake!
Put the wet food or pâté into the toy and freeze it. So easy! (If you prefer or the food isn’t very dense, you can seal it with peanut butter or another sealant).
Canned food can be expensive, so we recommend mixing it with their dry kibble.
- Your dog will be able to enjoy the toy for a longer time, as it will be harder for them to empty it.
- It will be easier for you to take it to the place where you want your dog to use it.
- Your puppy will feel great relief on their sore gums from teething.
- It will last for days, and you won’t have to prepare it on the spot.
- Your dog can cool off in the summer.
Its cleaning is very simple and quick, and it doesn’t require special products.
- Rinse it with warm water and dish soap.
- If it’s stubborn, let it soak in hot water and soap for a few minutes before washing it.
- Use a bottle brush or a toothbrush to clean the inside.
- You can also put it in the dishwasher without any problem.
As long as you adjust the total daily calories, you can give your dog a filled CONIC every day.
