At Rucan, we don’t just talk about quality.
We talk about responsibility, commitment, and conscious design.
That’s why all our products* are tested with real dogs and crafted to withstand their intended use. And if something fails due to a manufacturing defect, we’ll replace it at no cost within one year.
WHAT MEANS “RUCAN TESTED”?
“Rucan Tested” is more than a label. It’s the result of a rigorous process why apply to every toy.
We create simple and durable shapes, avoiding unnecessary weak points. Every line has a purpose.
We test our products with real dogs. We observe how they bite, play, throw, or ignore them.
We learn and improve.
We don’t move into production until everything is optimized: shape, texture, safety, and durability.
We produce in Barcelona, using natural rubber, crafted by hand and with complete traceability.
AND IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG?
We trust our products so much… that we offer a 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects.

What’s not covered?
All products have been tested for their intended use. Check the product and usage guide:
* Stick 5 models are designed for moderate chewing and should always be supervised. Intensive or prolonged use as a teether may cause wear or breakage, so they are not covered by the warranty in these cases. We will apply the warranty if a manufacturing defect, such as a crack or material abnormality, is detected after purchase.
HAS YOUR TOY BROKEN SOONER THAN EXPECTED?
- Take a photo of the product.
- Find your receipt or proof of purchase (digital copies are accepted).
- Write to us at comercial@rucan.es with a short explanation.
Our team will review your case personally. If we detect a manufacturing defect, we’ll send you a free replacement.
